FIDELITY GOLD
Enjoy even more advantages with your Gold Marina Fidelity Card. After staying with us 5 times, you will be entitled to your Gold Marina Fidelity Card. With this card you will receive all the previous advantages, plus:
1. Priority on bookings if there is a waiting list (a*)
2. Upon arrival you will be allocated to the best available room or a room of your preference. (a*)
3. Towels for exclusive use in Marina Hotels swimming-pools.
FIDELITY PLATINUM
As a distinguished client of Marina Hotels and after staying in our hotels on 10 occasions, you will receive your Platinum Marina Fidelity Card. You will be entitled to all the previous advantages, plus the following privileges:
1. Free Safety Deposit Box.
2. Free newspaper (a*).
3. You will not have to pay deposits on those services that require them.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The Marina Fidelity Card programme is aimed at guests who are staying in Marina Hotels establishments.
2. The Marina Fidelity Card is free and does not serve as a method of payment. The owner will obtain a point for every holiday period that they have stayed at one of the Marina Hotels establishments. The validity time of the points may be restricted at any given time by Marina Hotels.
3. The card is the property of Marina Hotels, who reserves the right to cancel it in cases where any unlawful use of the card is detected.
4. Any person over the age of 18 and who has stayed in any of the Marina Hotels establishments may own a card. This excludes professionals of the tourist sector and members of staff.
5. To benefit from the guarantees of the programme, it is necessary that the card holder identifies himself with the card number when booking, presents the card at reception on arrival at the hotel and when requesting any of the services included in the guarantees.
6. Marina Hotels reserves the right to modify the conditions of the programme, the different levels and types of card, the guarantees offered, the promotional prices or discounts, the measuring unit and the name of this programme. The card holder will be able to obtain updated information through the Web page or the company Call Centre.
7. The participant specifically accepts the clauses of this programme on signing the Application Form and allows for their details to be used for purposes related to the programme, marketing actions and Marina Hotels analysis or any of the companies associated to the group.
8. Marina Hotels guarantees the confidentiality of the personal details of the customer. According to the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, the card holder is therefore informed, accepts and authorizes the register and treatment of their personal details.
9.The owner may carry out their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, under the terms established by current legislation, by means of a written notification by post, fax or e-mail. For further clarification of any of these points please contact the Marina Hotels Call Centre on: +34 902 152 156.
10. Marina Hotels reserves the right to totally or partially cancel the conditions of the programme and will do everything possible to notify the card holder with advance warning. Under no circumstances is it responsible for any loss or damage caused to the card holder by these suppositions, nor on account of the possible printing errors in the written material. In the case of the cancellation of the programme the accumulated points by the card holders will be cancelled.
11. These general conditions prevail over any previous text and are governed by the pertinent Current Legal Regulations in Spain, and are subject to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.
